U.S. Grade B butter is fairly pleasing in taste, and may have malty, musty, neutralizer, scorched, utensil, weed, and whey flavor to a slight degree. May also have acid, aged, bitter, smothered, storage, and old cream; feed flavor to a pronounced degree.
