Magnetic Systems may also be called electromagnetic systems. These are electronic surveillance tags and are made using amorphous metal that has a low magnetic saturation value. Detection is made by using a mix of low-frequency magnetic fields then sensing harmonics and sum or difference signals generated by the tags as a response to these magnetic fields.
