CRM, or Customer Relationship Management, is the use of Web-based software, such as e-procurementsoftware, to analyze customer behavior with the goal of attracting new clientele. CRM systems generally store customer information that is aggregated from sales calls, purchases and customer-service centers. This is typically used for managing a company’s interactions with customers, clients, and sales prospects.
