The International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association (IDDBA) is a nonprofit trade association providing education, training, and marketing resources for food retailer s, manufacturers, brokers, distributors, and other interested professionals. IDDBA's membership includes over 1450 companies. retail food members include small independents, regional chains, and national and international supermarkets. The food manufacturers, brokers, and distributors include small entrepreneurial companies up to the largest multi-national companies.
The IDDBA produces original consumer and related research, develops training programs on marketing, merchandising, food safety, and management, and publishes four industry newsletters plus white papers on selected topics. The IDDBA conducts an annual trade show that attracts over 8,000 registrants, includes over 1500 exhibit booths, features a state-of-the-industry merchandising center, and offers top speakers such as business leaders, key policy makers, and legislative leaders.
The IDDBA was founded in 1964 and is based in Madison, Wisconsin.
