A job walk is an on-site visit by potential bidders/proposers to a location to observe the operation, facility, system, or equipment related to the solicitation. A job walk is the act of surveying and inspecting the job site to see the physical conditions. It is often conducted by the prime contractor and is attended by all of the trades that are bidding the job.
