Ronald D. Southard
Ron is the founder and current CEO of Safesourcing Inc. with more than 40 years of experience working in a number of industries. Ron was formerly the President and CEO of Intesource, an internet based spend management company. Additionally, Ron served as the Executive Vice President at Trax Retail Solutions. Ron began his career in retail management following which he spent 25 years of his career at NCR Corporation, eventually serving as the Vice President and General Manager of the NCR Global Checkout Software business unit.
Ron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and Bachelor of Science degree from Bridgewater State University in History and Psychology, respectively and has also completed certificate programs at the American School of International Management. Ron is also a U.S. Air Force certified inventory management specialist AFSC 645XO.
A well-known industry speaker and writer on a variety of subjects including technology, operations, risk management, the supply chain, and Sarbanes Oxley, Ron is a US Air Force Veteran, and is listed in the VIP section of Madison’s Who’s Who Executive Registry 2007.
Ron has been a featured guest on “World News Review” CNBC, Sky Radio and has been honored on multiple occasions as one of the industry’s “Pro’s to Know” by Supply & Demand Chain Executive Magazine. Ron is also the author of over 1,000 posts at The SafeSourcing Blog on a wide range of subjects regarding eProcurement and the entire procure to pay process. Ron has also been a guest blogger on other procurement focused blog sites and also published a number of white papers including “4 Tips and 3 Pitfalls to Avoid when Sourcing Professional Services”, “Safety in the Supply Chain, An Irony” and “Construction Sourcing with eProcurement Tools”.
Joseph E. Wenig
Vice President Global Services, Teradata Applications
Joe Wenig leads Teradata’s Marketing Applications Consulting Services and Support Services globally including strategy, service development and customer engagement. He has more than thirty years of experience helping companies leverage data and analytics enabling growth and streamlined operations. Previously, as Regional Vice President, Professional Services for Asia, Pacific and Japan, he led a team of more than 1200 professional services associates across the communications, financial, government, insurance, manufacturing, retail, transportation and travel industries.
Wenig joined Teradata in 1989 and has held various professional services, sales management and marketing positions. Prior to his assignment in the Asia, Pacific and Japan region, he was Vice President, Professional Services for the communications, media and entertainment industries in the US. Previously, he was Vice President for the communications industry, where he was responsible for the sale and implementation of Teradata solutions for the eastern US. Earlier, he was the Assistant Vice President for professional services in charge of the marketing, development and deployment of consulting capabilities worldwide.
Prior to joining Teradata, Wenig worked for National Broadcasting Company as a manager, leading the development of several financial and human resource systems. Previously, he developed manufacturing applications for Sperry Corporation.
Wenig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer information systems from Manhattan College in New York.
Timothy J. Hull
Timothy J. Hull is currently President and CEO of TDH Marketing, Inc., a Dayton, Ohio-based business development corporation with alliances and joint ventures in the U.S., England, Italy, Singapore and China that support its global client base. He also serves as President of Bitstorm Web, the technology-based division of TDH Marketing, Inc.
Mr. Hull’s career includes senior level corporate management experience as well as entrepreneurial success in the international marketplace. He has a solid track record in the management of all phases of profitable business development, marketing and sales. He has been actively involved in strategic and operational planning and implementation from both an internal as well as in a consultative capacity for both large and small corporations looking to develop profitable, new technology-driven business growth concepts. Mr. Hull has been recognized with numerous awards for his marketing, E-marketing and communications programs from various national and international organizations throughout his career.
Mr. Hull holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Wright State University. He serves on the Advisory Board for the Marketing Department of the Raj Soin College of Business for Wright State University as well as the Advisory Boards of RLM Properties, LLC, and Scioto Asset Management, LLC. Mr. Hull previously served as President of the Dayton Chapter of The Strategic Leadership Forum, an international organization of strategic planners.
Mr. Hull serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Wright State Research Institute and the Wright State Applied Research Corporation. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Technology First, the regional IT industry’s economic development organization. Mr. Hull is the Chairman of the Education and Public Improvement Foundation for the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce and serves on the organization’s Board of Trustees.
Mr. Hull is also Chairman of the Board of Hull Enterprises, Inc., an Ohio-based corporation that focuses on business development investments, capital equipment leasing and multi-family and commercial real estate development in Connecticut, New York and Ohio.
Susan D. Wagner
Susan D. Wagner is the founder and president of Susan Wagner PR, a boutique public relations firm invested in meeting client's goals with integrity, collaboration, creativity and results. Wagner is also executive managing partner in the soon to launch McLean and Company providing private pay mental health services and healthcare promotion.
An award-winning public relations consultant, she brings over 25 years of results driven experience as a PR practitioner, writer and strategist to her clients. Her career began in New England in non-profit management working as an executive director. For the past two decades, Wagner has worked with a varied client list including corporate, arts, entertainment, education and healthcare specializing in media campaigns, product launches and event promotion.
She has served as Events Promotion Manager for Children’s Hospital Boston, Public Relations Manager for the Walk to Cure Cancer for the UMass Medical School and Director of Publicity for Chubby Checker Entertainment. She currently serves as Director of Public Relations for HealthFair. Wagner has also worked as contributing editor and feature writer for several publications.
Her strong media relationships and solid professional reputation are unrivaled. She was awarded the Roger Perry Award from the Public Relations Society for the year’s top public relations program as well as three Public Awareness Awards by the International Association of Radio Reading Services. She was named to Who’s Who in American Women and Who’s Who in America.
In addition to sitting on the Board of SafeSourcing, Susan is the Vice President of the Board for the National Breast Cancer Prevention Project.
